30th, August,3 p.m.,Conference Room on the 2nd floor of the west campus,the new semester teaching and research working conference was held as schedules,hosted by Deputy Director Mr. Wang Shengxiang with the Teaching Affair Office.School leaders also attending include Principal Mr. Xu Xuchang,Principal Assistant Mr. Lu Dan,Director Madam Zhang Li as well as heads of Teaching Research Group.
　　During the meeting,conference arrangements mainly focused on the work plan and specific job in terms of scientific research of this semester.Director Zhang Li emphasized that,on the one hand,teachers were supposed to contain drafts,teaching plans and teaching reflection into their demonstration lessons.On the other hand,when teachers had collective preparation of instruction with regard to teaching,they should establish plans,especially assignment design.Furthermore,Principal Assistant Lu Dan proposed that teaching and research group should pay more attention to high quality lessons and positively get into the swing of their work,for instance,the composition of their thesis writing.
　　Last but not the least,Principal Mr. Xu Xuchang summarized that the emphasis of this year concerned how to carry forward demonstration classes,facilitate exchange among students of both the east and west campuses,assist teaching and research group work in addition to prepare for the middle school graduates physical exam earnestly.
　　The second stage of the meeting,teachers of all groups of discipline got their respective curriculum schedules,textbooks and enacted group activity plans in order to make teaching and research job more practicable.This conference made clear our new goals for varied disciplines,boosted work impetus so that we shall lay solid foundation for the new term.
